All interested Alternatively Educated Students are required to fulfill the following prerequisites before being eligible to participate in athletic activities at RSCA:

Athletic Fee: $400 participation fee plus additional sport fee

AES Packet:

1. Please complete the GAPPS AES Application

2. Copy of Birth Certificate

3. GA DOE Intent to Homeschool Form (must be completed annually)

4. Proof of enrollment OR list of curriculum/program the student is enrolled in.

5. Physical
